ASB Ventures officially entered mainland China and jointly established a RMB private equity investment fund management institution-Shenzhen Huaao Capital Management Co., Ltd. with professional institutions, including China Venture Capital Co., LTD and Shenzhen United Property and Equity Exchange in 2009. In 2015, we adjusted the equity and changed our name to Shenzhen ASB Ventures Management Co., Ltd. The funds under ASB Ventures include ASB New Industry Venture Capital FOF and Huaao Venture Capital Series Funds (No. I-V)---two RMB private equity venture capital funds independently managed by Shenzhen ASB Ventures Management Co., Ltd. and our holding subsidiaries, and ASB China Fund (No. I-IV), an offshore US dollar family venture capital fund independently managed by ABS China Holdings Co., Ltd.
